CapRate has acquired a 20,006 m² property along the Rhine as part of a portfolio deal with the neighbouring Imotex building. The property currently consists of a car park and an open space, each one half of the property. The car park has been fully leased until the end of 2023. Caprate (together with the development office) plans to draw up a new development plan for the property and possibly also neighbouring buildings. Approximately 55,000 m² gross floor area are planned for residential and commercial use.
