CapRate has built a shopping centre with an underground car park and student apartments on top in a favoured location in Malmö. For this purpose, the upper two floors of the 4-storey building will be demolished. The existing shopping centre will be optimised and modernised for future users. The building will receive 5 new floors in modular lightweight construction (modular lightweight concrete) with an atrium. The plan is for a completely new use concept to meet the new demands of the environment and upgrade the district. (Hipper hairdresser, sportswear, green foods, nutrition, gaming shop and bicycle shop etc.).
