In the desirable Hamburg region, a residential ensemble with 23 new residential units is being built. For Caprate, it is not simply about "living in green areas" - with reference to big cities and according to the KfW 55 energy efficiency standard. It is one of the first strategic projects in Germany to use its own CO2-neutral material (BTon).
