At Graf-Adolf-Platz 15, an ensemble of buildings with a 90-metre high-rise comprising 24 storeys and a five-storey flat building, connected by a bridge and a flat roof, was erected. The main tenant is the Dusseldorf branch of the consulting and auditing company, EY.
