Building permit granted. In the middle of Aarhus, the second largest city in Denmark, there are plans to erect a hotel with 120 rooms. The university city with 33,000 students needs accommodation facilities. For example, students have to wait about 30 weeks to move into permanent apartments.

The new construction of the hotel will significantly upgrade the city centre of Aarhus and cover an existing need.
